Wegen einer Reise will ich mein 35 m2 großes und helles Zimmer in Altbau für Oktober untermieten. Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert mit einem riesigen Schrank, 2 Schreibtischen, Sessel, Stühlen und großem Bett.
Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus an der Schönhauser Allee, wobei das freie Zimmer, die Küche und das Bad zum Innenhof gehen.
Zur Verfügung steht dir auch das geräumige Wohnzimmer und Flur mit einem Schrank, das du mit 3 Mitbewohnern teilen wirst. Die Küche und Bad sind auch voll ausgestattet.
Die Anbindung der Wohnung an den ÖPNV ist ausgezeichnet. Der S- und U-Bahnhof "Schönhauser Allee" ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, außerdem sind die Haltestellen der M1, M13 und Tram 50 in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze sind allerdings eher rar und teuer. Bei vorheriger Absprache kann für 4 Wochen ein Besucherparkausweis ausgestellt werden. Supermärkte, Drogerien und sonstige Einrichtungen für den täglichen Bedarf sind fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso nette Cafés, Bars und Restaurants.
Wir leben in der Wohnung zur zweit sehr entspannt. Die meiste Zeit bin ich jedoch alleine in der WG, da mein Mitbewohner nur an manchen Wochenenden in Berlin ist.
Wir sind eine Nichtraucher WG und auch keine Party-WG, aber Gäste und Besuch sind gerne willkommen. Wichtig ist, dass du sauber bist, hinter dir aufräumst und die Nachtruhe beachtest.

I offer a very large room to rent for the month of Oktober. The room is fully equipped - large bed, 2 desks, large wardrobe. The living / dining room is also available for use. There is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. The flat is 5 minutes away from Schönhauser Allee U/S-Bahn Station.
You will be sharing the common living space with 1 flatmate which is staying in the flat only on some weekends.
We don't smoke and don't throw big parties but your quests and friends are of course welcome. It's important that you are a clean person, and take care about the night rest of the other flatmates.
