The apartment is 116 sqm and consists of three parts: one kitchen living room combo, two bedrooms with a bathroom for us, and another two bedrooms with a bathroom for you, of more than 50 sqm in total. The apartment has two separate entrance doors, one leading to the living room and another to your private area.
The apartment is located directly on the main street of Scharnweberstraße, with easy access to buses, subways, grocery stores, various shops, restaurants, and more. You can find everything within walk distance.
Facilities:
· 300 Mbit/s DSL internet provided by Telekom.
· Including bed linens, quilts, and pillows.
· Furniture can be adjusted, combined, or supplemented according to your needs,
· Appliances: Simens iQ700 compact oven, Bosch Series 4 Dishwasher, Bosch Series 6 washing machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, high-pressure pot, induction hob, vacuum cleaner, electric kettle. The oven and dishwasher can be operated via smartphone. The fridge is 160 L, which can be replaced if necessary.

· The apartment is on the fourth floor with good natural lighting, but without a lift.
Rental term:
· The rental period starts today for approximately 10 months. The term is flexible, and you can opt for shorter durations, but the price will slightly increase.
· Notice period is one month.
Registration is possible for the long-term rental.
We kindly request that you:
· Speak English Fluently, as we don’t speak German.
· Maximum of two adults. A second adult tenant pays a surcharge of 50 euros for energy and water.
· No smoke and pets.
· Keep quiet in the living room after 10 pm; keep the public spaces clean and tidy.
· Are comfortable living with a baby.
We are a small family consisting of myself (32 years old), my wife (29 years old), and our ten-month-old daughter. My wife works at the United Nations, and I work from home and take care of our baby.
We don’t smoke and have pets; our baby may cry or mess up the living room, but we will make every effort to maintain a good environment.
