Berlin Letteallee 94 - Schönes Zuhause möbliertes 20 m² Zimmer in liebevoller 2er WG

Unsere Wohnung ist in der Nähe von der Osloer Str U8 & U9. Bis dahin läuft man ca. 10 Minuten oder nimmt den Bus, der ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist.
Der Franz-Neumann-Platz U8 ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt und S Bahnhof Schönholz ist ca. 12 Minuten entfernt.
Das bedeutet die Wohnung liegt zwischen Wedding und Renickendorf.
Lidl (3 Minuten entfernt), Penny (5 Minuten entfernt) , Kaufland und viele Apotheken sind in der Nähe.
Selbst das DRK Krankkenhaus ist zu Fuß 15 Minuten entfernt.

Our apartment is close to the Osloer Str U8 & U9. You can walk there in about 10 minutes or take the bus, which is about 5 minutes away on foot.
Franz-Neumann-Platz U8 is about 10 minutes away and Schönholz S-Bahn station is about 12 minutes away.
This means the apartment is located between Wedding and Renickendorf.
Lidl (3 minutes away), Penny (5 minutes away), Kaufland and many pharmacies are nearby.
Even the DRK hospital is 15 minutes away on foot.

Die Wohunng ist ca 63 m² groß und bewohnt werden 2 Zimmer. Leider haben wir kein Wohnzimmer, jedoch findet man genug platz.
Ich bin 28 Jahre alt, Studentin und berufstätig und lebe im anderem Zimmer.
Wir suchen jemanden der älter als 23 Jahre ist , bevorzugt eine Frau.
Das ist eine 2er WG und du würdest dir dann das Bad und die Küche mit mir teilen.
Was wichtig wäre, ist das die Gemeinschaftsräume einmal die Woche geputzt werden. Das besprechen wir dann.
In der Wohnung selbst sollte man nicht rauchen, aber auf den 2 Balkonen ist das gar kein Problem.
Jeder kauft für sich ein und du bekommst deine Fächer im Kühlschrank dafür.
Wir haben außerdem einen Geschirrspüler und eine Waschmaschine.

Was sonst noch wichtig ist, ist halt ein respektvoller und rücksichtsvoller Umgang. Eine klare und ehrliche Kommunikation ist dafür eigentlich die Basis für ein gutes Zusammenleben.
Ich versuche (!!!!) nachhaltig zu leben, es wäre schön, wenn dir sowas auch am Herzen liegt.
Ich höre sehr gerne Musik, doch ich übertreiben es nicht mit der Uhrzeit und der Lautstärke. Ich muss nämlich meistens früh aufstehen. Öfters muss ich auch Unikram von zuhause erledigen.... und wünsche mir dann, mich in Ruhe zurück ziehen zu können. Erzähl mir, was dein lieblings Buch ist und dann weiß ich , dass du bis hierhin gelesen hast. Falls deine Freunde mal hier übernachten, gib mir einfach bei Möglichkeit vorher Bescheid und dann fühlt sich auch keiner überrumpelt.

The apartment is approx. 63 m² and has 2 rooms. Unfortunately we don't have a living room, but there is enough space.
I am 28 years old, a student and working and live in the other room.
We are looking for someone older than 23, preferably a woman.
This is a 2 person flat share and you would share the bathroom and kitchen with me.
What would be important is that the common rooms are cleaned once a week. We'll discuss that then.
You shouldn't smoke in the apartment itself, but it's not a problem on the two balconies.
Everyone buys their own groceries and you get your own compartments in the fridge.
We also have a dishwasher and a washing machine.

What else is important is respectful and considerate interaction. Clear and honest communication is actually the basis for good coexistence.
I try (!!!!) to live sustainably, so it would be nice if you care about that too.
I really like listening to music, but I don't overdo it with the time and volume. I usually have to get up early. I often have to do university stuff from home.... and then I wish I could retreat in peace. Tell me what your favorite book is and then I'll know you've read this far. If your friends are staying over, just let me know in advance if possible and then nobody will feel taken by surprise.

Wenn wir nachhause kommen, wollen wir uns einfach wohl fühlen und das solltest du auch. Daher sollte man schon auf einer Wellenlänge sein. Bitte verstell dich also nicht. Es wäre echt nicht gut, wenn du dich zwingst etwas cool zu finden, worauf ich Wert lege. Jeder Mensch ist aus einem anderem Holz geschnitzt und das ist voll okay.
