Wir suchen ab dem 1. Oktober eine neue Mitbewohnerin oder einen neuen Mitbewohner für unser süßes und schönes Zimmer. Eine längerfristige Mietdauer ist durchaus möglich.
Wir sind eine Dreier-WG: Einer von uns stammt aus Italien und ein anderer aus Südamerika. Wir sind alle sehr nett. Erzähl uns bitte ein wenig über dich, genau so, wie du es bei neuen Freunden tun würdest. Wir möchten dich auch gerne persönlich kennenlernen und freuen uns auf deine Nachricht :)
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Obergeschoss und bietet drei gemütliche Zimmer, ein Badezimmer sowie eine helle, große Küche mit einer eleganten Theke, die zum grünen Innenhof hin ausgerichtet ist. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde kürzlich neu eingerichtet; alle Zimmer sind frisch möbliert, sauber und einladend. Unsere gut ausgestattete Küche ist der ideale Ort für alle, die gerne kochen und genießen (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Ofen und zwei Kühlschränke inklusive). In dieser gemütlichen Küchenecke entstehen oft Szenen, die an ein Café oder eine Bar erinnern.
Hier finden Gespräche, Entspannung, Austausch, geselliges Beisammensein, Musik und vieles mehr statt. Du bist stets herzlich dazu eingeladen, coole Küchenutensilien oder Omas Rezepte mitzubringen :)
Dein helles Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß und nach Westen ausgerichtet. Es ist teilweise möbliert und verfügt über ein Bett, eine Matratze, einen großen Schreibtisch und einen Stuhl. Natürlich hast du die Freiheit, das Zimmer nach deinem eigenen Geschmack zu gestalten und einzurichten.

We are looking for a new roommate, either male or female, starting from October 1st for our cute and beautiful room. A long-term lease is definitely possible.
We are a three-person flatshare: one of us is from Italy and another from South America. We are all very nice. Please tell us a little about yourself, just like you would when meeting new friends. We would also like to get to know you personally and are looking forward to your message :)
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and features three cozy rooms, a bathroom, as well as a bright, spacious kitchen with an elegant counter facing a green courtyard. The entire apartment has been recently refurnished; all rooms are freshly furnished, clean, and welcoming. Our well-equipped kitchen is the ideal place for those who love to cook and enjoy food (including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and two refrigerators). This cozy kitchen corner often sets the scene for café-like or bar-like atmospheres.
This is where conversations, relaxation, exchanges, social gatherings, music, and much more take place. You are always warmly invited to bring along cool kitchen gadgets or Grandma's recipes :)
Your bright room is 15 square meters in size and faces east. It is partially furnished and includes a bed, a mattress, a large desk, and a chair. Of course, you have the freedom to design and furnish the room according to your own taste.
Das Haus befindet sich in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet zwischen Wedding und Reinickendorf. Viele grüne Parks sind in der Nähe. Einkaufs- und Shoppingmöglichkeiten sind praktisch gelegen. Das Parken Ihres Autos ist ebenfalls problemlos in der Nähe möglich.

Wir sind Studierende, offen und sportlich. Tagsüber arbeiten wir fleißig und genießen im Feierabend das Leben. Gerne unternehmen wir gemeinsam Aktivitäten wie Wein trinken, Cocktails entdecken, plaudern, wandern, Kochabende veranstalten und Sport treiben (Top-Lage: nur 10 Minuten entfernt vom Tegeler See und dem Wald). Am Wochenende gehen wir auch gerne in die Stadt, um zu tanzen, zu trinken und zu chillen.
Das WG-Leben hier ist entspannt und wie zu Hause; wenn man seine Ruhe braucht, kann man sich jederzeit in seine eigene Welt zurückziehen. Da wir oft gesellige Abende mit den Mitbewohnern verbringen, wird es einem hier nie langweilig, und man findet immer jemanden zum Reden oder für gemeinsame Unternehmungen.
We are students, open-minded, and athletic. During the day, we work diligently and enjoy life in the evenings. We like to engage in activities together such as wine tasting, exploring cocktails, chatting, hiking, hosting cooking evenings, and doing sports (excellent location: just 10 minutes away from Tegeler See and the forest). On weekends, we also enjoy going out in the city to dance, drink, and relax.
The atmosphere in our flatshare is laid-back and home-like; when you need your own space, you can easily retreat into your own world. Since we often have social evenings with our roommates, you'll never get bored and will always find someone to talk to or join for activities.
