Hey! I'm leaving my room in my WG and I'm trying to find someone who could move in as soon as possible (this Sunday, to be more specific). The apartment is in the best part of Rummelsburg, in a super chill and beautiful area. It's a 2-minute walk from S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz and a 10-minute walk from Ostkreuz.
You will be living with two other guys in their early 30s, both Germans, who are super chill and quiet.
There's no possibility of registering at the apartment, but you can stay there for as long as you want (sort of long-term, so to speak haha). The pictures are a bit messy, sorry for that! I'm currently in the process of moving to my new place. Since it's a long-term arrangement, the room has a lot of potential (you could put a sofa and a working table, for example, as it had before I started moving out, and create your own little space).
The rent is only 320 euros, and no deposit is required. Some of the furniture that is left, I can leave and sell to you at a cheap price.
