wir suchen eine neue Mieterin für ein möbliertes Zimmer.
Es ist sehr hell und befindet sich in einer Altbau-Wohnung mit Balkon, in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg vom Ring-Bahnhof Hohenzollerndamm entfernt.
Viele Unis, wie TU, FU oder HWR sind sehr gut mit Fahrrad oder Öffis erreichbar. Zum Halensee oder Kudamm sind es ca. 10 min.
In der Küche gibt es viel Platz zum gemeinsamen Kochen, Spielen und Rumphilosophieren beim Feierabend-Bier oder -Wein.
Die anderen Mitbewohner Julia (21) und Dima (46) sind super freundlich, hilfsbereit und gesellig. Sie legen viel wert auf Sauberkeit und Respekt im Umgang mit einander. Dima spielt Basketball und beide spielen Volleyball.

Hello dear ones,
we are looking for a new tenant for my furnished room.
The room is very bright and located in an old building apartment with balcony, in about 5 minutes walking distance from the ring station Hohenzollerndamm.
Many universities, such as TU, FU or HWR are very easy to reach by bike or public transport. To Halensee or Kudamm it is about 10 min.
In the kitchen there is plenty of space for cooking, playing and philosophizing together over a beer or wine after work.
Roommates Julia (21) and Dima (46) are super friendly, helpful and sociable. They put a lot of emphasis on cleanliness and respect when interacting with each other. Dima plays basketball and they both play volleyball.
