Hello everyone,
My roommate Farida (27) and I (Yasmine, 27) are looking for someone to join our WG starting August <33
The apartment is located in Friedenau (between Schöneberg and Steglitz) and is very well connected to public transportation (U9, S1 and several buses). It’s also 1 station away from the Ringbahn!
It is in an Altbau building with a huge living room, a dishwasher, a washing machine and is pretty well equipped with kitchen supplies etc.
Overall the area is very calm and homey, and you can find basically all kinds of stores, supermarkets, cute cafes and everything you need within walking distance.
We’re looking for someone between 25-33 who shares the same appreciation for keeping things tidy and comfortable as us, and is overall a chill and considerate person.
We both study/work and are pretty busy with our own stuff, but can still find time to go out or share a meal together.
The room is 16m2 (13m2 the room itself and 3m2 the balcony), unfurnished and facing the garden inside the building, it also comes with a small balcony for you to enjoy the quiet and the nice view ☺️
Rent is 525 euros including utilities and everything.
