Die Wohnung ist eine wunderschöne Altbau-Wohnung. Das Zimmer hat circa 18qm und ist mit sehr schönen alten Holzdielen ausgestattet. Es hat alten Berliner Stuck an den 4,5m hohen Decken.
Dein Zimmer bleibt möbliert. Das weiße Regal und den Kleiderständer räume ich leer.
Unsere Wohnung ist extrem gut angebunden. in 300m kann man ab Nollendorfplatz die U1, U2, U3, U4, sowie den M19 und den 106, 187 und M19 Bus nehmen.
Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß kann man außerdem noch die U7 nehmen.
Die Wohnung ist im Herzen Schönebergs, direkt am Winterfeldtplatz. Mittwochs und Samstags ist hier einer der schönsten Märkte Berlins.
Die belebte Goltzstraße, die in die Akazienstraße mündet ist auch nur 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Wir machen gern Sport zusammen, kochen und tüfteln irgendwelche Ideen aus.
Dein Mitbewohner ist ziemlich unkompliziert und immer gut drauf.
