Hello!
Iam renting out my room for 2 weeks.
Starting around the 21st of December till the 6th of December!
-> Dates are flexible but not longer then mentioned.
The high speed wifi is included. You also have a big Smart TV in the room with Netflix included. The mattress is very comfortable and also you can relax and the sofa. The room offers a little corner for work as well!
Loud music is not allowed at any time during the day. Party isn't allowed either. You are not allowed to bring other people to the flat. You can use the washing machine, if you agree in the contract if that you are fully responsible for any damage.
The flat is located in Schöneberg just next to the RING41/42, within walking distance of 2 min. So within 25 min you are at Alexanderplatz or in Mitte. You will be in Neukölln within less than 20 mins.
You will not be integrated in the cleaning schedule but you always have to clean after yourself and if you don't do it frequently my flatmates might charge you for that. Its a living community (WG) you don't have the flat completely for yourself. Its also not a Hotel or AIrBnB so you have to wash your dishes.
We have a balcony and you can use the kitchen, use the fridge and storage for your food! My flatmates speak English and German. The flat is located in the 4th floor, no elevator.
The price is just for one person, if you want to stay with another person it will be a bit more expensive. Just make your suggestion and we will figure it out.
We will make a contract and you have to leave a caution of 1000€ for possible damage and values in the flat.
THIS IS NOT A LONG TERM RENTAL and Anmeldung is NOT possible.
