Es handelt sich um ein schönes, 24 m² großes, mit Fischgrätparkett ausgestattetes Erkerzimmer.
Nr.2 auf dem Grundriss. Das Zimmer liegt zur Straße, das hört man natürlich auch, aber nachts ist es quasi still.
Das Zimmer wird komplett leer sein.
Wir können ansonsten noch ein Bett und einen Stuhl zur Verfügung stellen.

Es befindet sich in einer Altbauwohnung mit 180 m² im schönen Schöneberg.
Wir haben eine geräumige, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine und eine Kammer mit Gästebett, in welcher auch unsere Waschmaschinen stehen. Außer in der Küche ist überall Holzboden verbaut: Im Wohnzimmer Fischgrätparkett und in deinem Zimmer Dielenboden. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt 3,60 m.
Wir haben ein 36 m² großes Wohnzimmer, das viele Möglichkeiten zur Nutzung bietet. Außerdem haben wir superschnelles Internet mit welchem du bei jeder Videokonferenz glänzen kannst. Ebenfalls haben wir ein WG-Maskottchen, Pitu, unsere Katze um welche wir uns kümmern.

We are renting out a room, which is a flat share. It is a 24 m² room with parquet floor. No. 2 on the ground plan.
The room will be totally empty. We can also offer some pieces of furniture:
Bed, Shelves, Chair.
It is located in an old building with 180 m² in the beautiful district Schöneberg.
We have a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and also a little chamber with a guest bed that contains our washing machines as well. apart from the kitchen there is wooden floor in the whole apartment. The ceiling height is 3.60 m.
We have a 36 m² living room that allows for various activities. We have super-fast internet connection you can shine with at every video conference. We also have a flat mascot, Pitu, our cat, which we take care of.
Wir wohnen in Berlin Schöneberg, Ortsteil Friedenau.
Hier ist es etwas ruhiger, aber dafür sehr grün und wirklich nah an allem, was gebraucht wird:
Post, Apotheken, viele Supermärkte (Edeka, Rewe, Netto, Lidl, Aldi, Nahkauf), Fast Food, Bäcker, Restaurants, Kiosk, Kino, Park, ... uvm sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Vom S+U Bundesplatz fahren die Ringbahn (S41/S42), die S46, S47 und U9, sowie diverse Busse.
We are living in Berlin Schöneberg. It´s pretty qiuet here but very greenish and you have everything you need near by: post office, various grocery stores, fast food, bakery, restaurants, a kiosk and a nice park in walk distance. S41/ S42, S46, S47 and U9 are running at the U/S station Bundesplatz which is only 3 minutes away from our flat.
Momentan wohnen hier:
Juan (33), obwohl ursprünglich aus Chile kommt aber auch mal mit einer Flasche Mezcal um die Ecke während er mit seinen Kumpels Fußball schaut oder neue Schallplatten anhört. Tagsüber organisiert er Fußballspiele. In der Nacht arbeitet er an Webseiten oder macht Musik, damit Berlin seinen Groove nicht verliert.
David (38), ein Computeringenieur, der irgendwas mit Cloud und Internet macht. Ein wahrer Tausendsassa; er kann jedes Gerät mit einem Kabel reparieren (wirklich!). Egal ob Laptop oder Waschmaschine, weggeworfen wird erst wenn es nicht mehr zu reparieren geht. Um sich dann von dem ganzen schrauben, programmieren und löten zu erholen lädt er abends gerne zu diversen Brettspielen ein.
Flo (32), der zu wenig Zeit in seine Sprecherkarriere investiert, verliert sich oft in Nachhaltigkeitsgedanken oder in dem Genuss/der Kreation von Musik.
Wir verstehen uns alle gut und machen auch gerne mal was zusammen. Alles bei uns ist freiwillig und ergibt sich. Wir sitzen gerne mal abends zusammen und kochen oder spielen was, mal mehr mal weniger.
Unsere Küche (20 m²) und unser schönes großes Wohnzimmer (36 m²) bieten auf jeden Fall genügend Platz um einen Film auf dem Beamer zuschauen, ein paar Leute einzuladen oder eine kleine Party zu feiern.

Juan (33), although originally from Chile, also comes around the corner with a bottle of mezcal while watching soccer with his buddies or listening to new records. During the day he produces sunglasses so that Berlin doesn't lose any of its coolness in the summer and organizes soccer matches on the side. At night, he works on websites or makes music.
David (38), A computer engineer working something with cloud and internet. A true jack of all trades; he can fix any device with a cable (really!). No matter if laptops or washing machines, he only throws it away when it can't be repaired anymore. To recover from all the screwing, programming and soldering, he invites us in the evening to play various board games.
Flo (32), who invests to less time in his career as a spokesman, is mostly losing himself in thoughts of sustainability or in the consumption/creation of music.
We all get along well and like to do things together. Everything s voluntary. We like to sit together in the evening and cook or play games, sometimes more sometimes less.
Our kitchen (20 m²) and our nice big living room (36 m²) offer enough space to watch a movie on the projector, invite some people or have a little party.
Rauchen ist in der ganzen Wohnung erlaubt. In Deinem Zimmer kannst Du dies selbstverständlich frei entscheiden.
Der angegebene Mietpreis versteht sich inklusive Internet und den Abschlägen für Strom, Wasser und Betriebskosten. Eventuelle Nachzahlungen werden untereinander aufgeteilt.
Bitte habt dafür Verständnis, dass wir auf Grund der zu erwartenden Menge an E-Mails ausschließlich den Leuten antworten, die wir einladen.
Wenn du uns schreibst, wäre es toll, wenn dein Anschreiben mindestens dein Alter, was du so machst, den Zeitraum, für den du ein Zimmer suchst und ein (link zu einem) Foto enthält.
Smoking is allowed in the whole flat. And in your own room you can obviously choose whatever you prefer.
The rent includes internet and the monthly costs for heating, electricity and house maintenance stuff (light in the stairways, trash, etc...). If we get a bill in the end of the year, we are going to share the costs equally.
