I am not all the time in the flat, i plan to travel, so the main living situation is a shared 2-room flat for two persons..

In that case, the 35sqm big room is furnished rentable, with big balcony, monthly.
The price would be 535 eur, all included, energy + internet.
The hole flat alone: 760 eur. Cause of electronics, there is a deposit needed!
It´s not allowed to sublet the room or flat parts!
When i´m on travel, the money needs to be transferred to a german bank account,
or paypal alternatively. Cash is possible, if I´m there. Both, on the 1st of rent month (outlay).
Keep the flat regular clean! It´s a must!
