The room is very spacious, fully furnished (there are even spare mattresses) and bright. Suitable for a couple also. Shared: includes hallway, small bathroom and the kitchen, which is also pretty petite and has space only for cooking, not for eating there, unfortunately. There is also no elevator.
The flat is very very well connected, 5 min walking to Wittenbergplatz, 13 min to ZOO, many bus lines around. There are two Supermarkets 5 min away. The street itself is very quiet, but it easy and fast to reach any fussy arty parts of the city. If that's your thing, ofc.
I am Natasa and I live there with my flatmate who will be away for three months. As a flatmate, I care about the cleanness and the balance between respecting personal space and having friendly communication/a morning coffee together. I am interested in film and dance (arts in general actually), drag culture and politics. The flat is one hate - free, LGBTQ friendly place. I prefer speaking German, but English is fine as well.
It is not possible to register at the address. Room is available for three months and not shorter.
