Hey there,
I am looking for someone nice, to take over a room in my flat. It is fully furnished (bed, cupboards, desk). It has a balcony.
The rest of the flat ( kitchen and bathroom) is furnished, so you will only need to move in.
The flat is located at crossroads between Postdamerstraße and Yorkstraße. From here you can access most of Berlin coolest spots in less than 20 mns. Many buses, Metros and trains are to be found in only 5- 10 Min walk. Equally there are numerous supermarkets around the corner, as well as cafés and restaurants. Inside the flat is quite calm.
The flat itself is very well located. It is close to Potsdamer Platz, Kudamm, well Berlin center, and most tourist attractions. Many buses, Metros, and trains are to be found in only a 5 to 8 min walk ( u2, u7, S1, S2) which will take you to everywhere you wish to go in Berlin. There are several shops (Lidl, Rewe, Edeka, Turkish, Indian, Asian, Afro shops, hairdressers, restaurants etc.) In the surrounding. Going out in Kreuzberg, Neukölln or Postdamerplatz is pretty easy. To make it short this is the perfect location for people visiting Berlin, wishing to experience as much as possible from Berlin and have a nice and quiet place to rest; or a good transition place for people looking for long-term housing contracts.
This is a good place for short-term visitors or those trying to settle in Berlin.
A visit online or on-site is possible.
The flat is rather calm. We are looking for a calm person, that have outgrown wild parties. Moreover, we are not the WG for people in need of constant home visits, and sleep overs.
Cleanliness and tidiness are very important for us, the new room mate should share similar standards.
Lastly we do not tolerate racism, or other forms of discriminations, and hope the new room mate share these values!
Please couples do not write to me. The room is for one person!
