Schönes, helles und optimal eingerichtetes Zimmer in einer wunderschönen Neubauwohnung in Berlin, Schöneberg.
Das Zimmer nur 11 qm gross ist aber dafür gibt es ein schönes Wohnzimmer was in vielen WGs fehlt.
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Neubauprojekts, welches erst 2020 fertiggestellt wurde. Das Projekt verfügt über eine Dachterrasse, einem begrünten Innenhof, einem Gym, Fahrradwerkstatt und einer Tiefgarage. Das Südkreuz ist fußläufig innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen. Die Wohnung is sehr hell, hat einen großen Balkon, ein Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und Badewanne, einer großen Wohnküche und Fußbodenheizung.
Das Bett ist ausziehbar die Matratzen und Kopfkissen sind komplett neu.

Beautiful, bright and optimally furnished room in a beautiful new apartment in Berlin, Schöneberg.
The room is only 11 square meters but there is a nice living room which is missing in many shared apartments.
The apartment is part of a new construction project that will be completed in 2020. The project has a roof terrace, a landscaped courtyard, a gym, a bike repair shop and underground parking. The Südkreuz train station is a one minute walk away. The apartment is very bright, has a large balcony, a bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub, a large eat-in kitchen and underfloor heating.
The bed is extendable, the mattresses and pillows are completely new.
Das Südkreuz (Fernzüge, ICE, S-Bahn) ist fußläufig innerhalb einer Minute zu erreichen. Ausserdem ist der Bahnhof S-Schöneberg circa 7 Minuten entfernt. Auch wer lieber mit dem Fahrrad fährt wird hier sehr glücklich denn die Wohnung liegt nur eine Strasse vom "Fahrradhighway" entfernt, so kommt man ohne Ample bis zum Potsdamer Platz.
Auch für Autofahrer perfekt denn die A100 liegt nur 2 Minuten entfernt.
Es gibt viel Aktivitäten in der Nähe: Fitness Studio, Crossfit, Beachvolleyball, Schwimmhalle, Fussball, vGolf und einige Yoga-Studios.
Mit dem Fahrrad kann man die Akazienstraße schnell erreichen. DerAkazienkiez bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten Essen und Trinken zu gehen zu können.

The Südkreuz (long-distance trains, ICE, S-Bahn) can be reached on foot in one minute. The S-Bahn station Schöneberg is about 7 minutes away. Those who prefer to travel by bike will also get their money's worth, because the apartment is only one street away from the bicycle highway, so you can ride to Potsdamer Platz without traffic lights.
Drivers also get their money's worth, because the A100 is only 2 minutes away.
There are many activities nearby: Gym, Crossfit, beach volleyball, indoor swimming pool, soccer, vGolf and some yoga studios.
Acacia Street can be reached quickly by bike. The Akazienkiez offers many possibilities for eating and drinking.
In der Wohnung wohnen Robin (36) & Wilma (23). Wir sind Freunde und haben für 6 Monate zusammen gewohnt als Wilma nach Deutschland gekommen ist.
Robin ist Software Developer, spielt gerne Volleyball und ist gerne unterwegs.
Ordnung, Sauberkeit und ein achtsamer, sowie respektvoller Umgang mit unserem Hab und Gut ist uns wichtig.

200 MBit/s Glasfaser Internet mit gutem WLAN empfang.
Es gibt mehrer Parks in der Nähe, einer hat sogar eine Calisthenics Park! :)
Netflix und Amazon Prime Video ist auch schon dabei.
Auf dem Gelände gibt es ein Co-Working Space was kostenlos (ein obligatorischer Kaffeekauf) mitbenutzt werden kann.
