Das Zimmer inkl. Balkon wird UNMÖBLIERT vermietet und der Rest der Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Küche, Internet, etc.).
Das Angebot ist für 6 Monate mit der Möglichkeit zur Verlängerung.
Kurz etwas über mich:
Ich lebe seit etwa 10 Jahren in Berlin und komme ursprünglich aus Ecuador. Ich habe in Potsdam Animation studiert und mache gerade meinen Master in Animationsregie. Außerdem arbeite ich in einem Lernzentrum für kreative Technologien mit Jugendlichen.
Wie man sich vorstellen kann, mag ich die meisten Dinge, die mit Kunst zu tun haben, aber ich interessiere mich auch sehr für Geschichte, Psychologie, Soziologie, Biologie und andere Wissenschaften. Früher oder später kann alles miteinander verbunden werden. :)
Ich habe einen sehr geschäftigen Alltag, mache viel "Homeoffice", und es ist mir wichtig, dass in der Wohnung Ruhe herrscht. Wenn sich jedoch die Gelegenheit ergibt, gehe ich an den Wochenenden gerne in eine Bar oder zum Tanzen (Wenn möglich: work hard, play hard).
Ich suche einen zuverlässigen, verantwortungsvollen, freundlichen und einfühlsamen Menschen, mit dem ein harmonisches und lustiges Zusammenleben möglich wird.

I am looking for a new roommate!
I offer a big, spacious and bright room in a very nice area.
The apartment is modern and comfortable, and it is close to restaurants, bars, museums, cinemas, supermarkets and several public transport.
The room including the balcony is rented UNFURNISHED and the rest of the apartment is well equipped (washing machine, fridge, kitchen, internet, etc.).
The offer is for 6 months with the possibility of extension.
Briefly something about me:
I live in Berlin since around 10 years and originally I come from Ecuador. I studied animation in Potsdam and am currently finishing my masters in animation directing. I'm also currently working in a learning center for creative technologies with teenagers.
As you can imagine, I like most things related to art, but I'm also very interested in history, sociology, biology and other sciences. Sooner or later everything can be connected. :)
I have a very busy everyday life, do a lot of "home office", and it is important for me to have peace and quiet in the apartment. However, if the opportunity arises, I like to go to a bar or dancing on the weekends (If possible: work hard, play hard).
