Kürzere Aufenthalte sind möglich.
Solltest du also erst einmal in Berlin ankommen und deine Wohnungssuche vor Ort starten wollen, ist dies denkbar.
Solltest du im Rahmen deines Dualen Studiums oder für ein Praktikum oder eine Fort- oder Weiterbildung für Aufenthalte von wenigen Wochen ein Zimmer suchen, melde dich gern.
Eine Anmietung ist Monats-, Wochen- oder Tageweise möglich.
Einschränkung: hier wohnen ausschließlich Frauen!
Zu beachten für Allergiker: es gibt einen Hund im Haus und Bienen und Hühner im Garten.
Bis zum Zoo /TU braucht man 20-25min. Zur FU Rostlaube und zur HU/Mitte sind es ca. 40min. Zur Ringbahn ca. 15min. Bis Kreuzberg ca. 30min.
Es gibt ein gutes Sportzentrum mit Schwimmbad in der Nähe.
Hier ist in Siemensstadt, an der U7 (ca. 1100m bis bhf. siemensdamm). Es gibt einen Bus max. 5min zu Fuß.

I am offering a room for a limited period.
Shorter stays are possible.
So if you first arrive in Berlin and want to start your apartment search there, this is conceivable.
If you are looking for a room for a few weeks as part of your dual study program or for an internship or further training, please get in touch.
Renting is possible on a monthly, weekly or daily basis.
Restriction: only women live here!
Please note for allergy sufferers: there is a dog in the house and bees and chickens in the garden.
It takes 20-25 minutes to get to the zoo/TU. It's about 40 minutes to FU Rostlaube and HU/Mitte. To the Ringbahn approx. 15 minutes. To Kreuzberg approx. 30 minutes.
There is a good sports center with a swimming pool nearby.
