Da ich umziehe, suche ich eine Person, die für einen Monat mein WG-Zimmer übernimmt. Das Zimmer ist hell und gemütlich und ist 15 m2 groß. Es ist möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, einem Bett und zwei Kommoden.
Auch die Küche und das Bad sind voll ausgestattet. Von der Küche kommt man außerdem zum Balkon.
Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm. Man fühlt sich sicher, wenn man unterwegs ist.
Innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Station Siemensdamm, wo man mit der U7 überall hinkommt. Man erreicht auch zu Fuß einen Edeka, einen großen Rewe, ein DM, einen Netto, die Post und viele andere kleine Geschäfte. Außerdem ist die wunderschöne Jungfernheide direkt ums Eck, ein Park in dem man spazieren oder beim See chillen kann.
Du würdest den Monat mit meiner Mitbewohnerin Lilith (22), Studentin für Illustration, zusammenleben. Sie ist total offen, tolerant und lieb. Sie freut sich sicher über nette Gespräche aber lässt dir natürlich auch deinen Freiraum, wenn du alleine sein möchtest. Zusammen könntet ihr auch mal in den Park oder in der Küche etwas zusammen trinken. Bonus Punkte gibt es, wenn du umweltbewusst und vielleicht sogar vegetarisch/vegan bist.
Es ist ganz egal was für eine Art Person du bist. Du solltest jedoch tolerant, rücksichtsvoll und freundlich sein. Besonders da ich mein Bett und meinen Schreibtisch für den Monat vermiete hoffe ich, dass du damit gut umgehst.
Rauchen ist nirgends in der Wohnung gestattet (außer auf dem Balkon).

Since I am moving, I am looking for a person who will take over my room for a month. The room is bright and cozy and is 15 m2. It is furnished with a desk, a bed and two chests of drawers.
The kitchen and the bathroom are also fully equipped. From the kitchen you can get to the balcony.
The location is quiet and pleasant. You feel safe when you are out and about.
Within a few minutes walk you can reach the station Siemensdamm, where you can get everywhere with the U7. One can also reach on foot an Edeka, a large Rewe, a DM, a Netto, the post office and many other small stores. In addition, the beautiful Jungfernheide is just around the corner, a park where you can walk or chill by the lake.
You would live the month with my roommate Lilith (22), student of illustration. She is totally open, tolerant and sweet. She is certainly happy about nice conversations with you but of course leaves you your space if you want to be alone. Together you could go to the park or drink something in the kitchen. Bonus points if you are environmentally conscious and vegan/vegetarian!
It doesn't matter what kind of person you are. However, you should be tolerant, considerate and kind. Especially since I'm renting out my bed and desk for the month I hope you'll handle it well.
There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the apartment (except on the balcony!).
