The room is big and beautiful with 30m2 of space and is fully furnished with a comfortable queen-sized bed and bedding. It also has a comfortable working desk and chair, along with a sofa, closet, shelves and mirrors. There is also a nice balcony with plants and a sitting area where you can chill and enjoy the great view.
The apartment is located on Gabriel Max Strasse, in what is possibly one of the best areas of Berlin - Friedrichshain, in Simon Dach Kiez and near Boxhagener Platz, within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, clubs and other areas of interest. S/U1 Warschauer Straße, S Ostkreuz and U5 Samaritestrasse stations are all only 10-15 minutes by foot, and the M13 tram goes adjacent to our street on Wühlischstraße.
It is a huge 120m2 apartment with a big kitchen, hall, toilet/bathroom and a small storeroom. You will be living with 2 other flatmates both of whom are friendly and cool. We often do things together but also give each other the space to do our own things. Cleanliness, respect and solidarity are very important to all of us, and we hope that you will keep the room, and apartment, nice, safe and clean at all times.
I'm travelling for 1 or 2 months and hence renting my room from February 2023 to March 2023. The total rent is 650€ per month including utilities, heating, internet, and radio tax, with a deposit of 650EUR. We will sign a contract with all the requisite details.
