Das Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, Schreibtisch und schönen Schrank ausgestattet und man hat den Blick auf den Garten.
Wir sind zwar am Stadtrand, aber in 40 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt. Es fährt direkt ein Bus eine Straße entfernt zum Bahnhof Spandau (10 Minuten Fahrtweg)

We bought an older house that is newly renovated, and it is finished.
There is stone flooring in one room, laminate flooring in 2, vinyl flooring in the basement and
wooden floorboards in the living room.
There is a beautiful garden, both in front and behind the house. We can plant a vegetable patch together.
The house offers all the amenities one could wish for, such as dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 refrigerators.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhiger Seitenstraße (30er Zone).
In ca. 5 Minuten erreicht man die Haltestelle der BVG, wo Busse direkt zum S-Bahnhof Spandau fahren.

In about 5 minutes you can reach the BVG stop, where buses go directly to the Spandau S-Bahn station
Da die WG neu gegründet wird, können wir noch nicht viel dazu sagen.
Unser Wunsch ist es, gemeinsam zu kochen, im Garten zu arbeiten, mal n Film bei Netflix zusammen zu schauen, oder was trinken gehen...
Was uns wichtig ist, dass wir einen Putzplan gemeinsam erarbeiten und jeder sich daran hält und dass wir uns einmal pro Woche zusammen setzen und besprechen, wie es läuft bzw. was wir ändern/verbessern sollten etc.
Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme sollte selbstverständlich sein.

Our desire is to cook together, go to the cinema together, work in the garden, watch a Netflix movie together, or go out for a drink, go to the gym together...
What is important to us is that we work out a cleaning plan together and that everyone sticks to it and that we get together once a week and discuss how things are going or what we should change/improve, etc.
Mutual consideration and respect should be a matter of course.
