I have an opportunity for someone to temporarily occupy my fully furnished 10-square-meter room for about 6 months starting by the end of July 2024. I am seeking a responsible individual, a non-smoker, to care for my space during my absence.
Next to your room, you will have access to a spacious 16 sqm kitchen and a bathroom of about 7 sqm. To ensure transparency, I insist on conducting an (online) tour, for getting to know each other and allowing you to gain a understanding of the space. :)
Conveniently, the apartment is within easy walking distance of a bus station. The surrounding area is adorned with lush green spaces, and lots of nearby shopping options are available. Additionally, a charming park is just a 10-minute stroll away, while you can walk in about 20 min to a lake nearby.
You will share an apartment with another person. How well the living situation will be is therefore up to you both. :)
