ich möchte ab dem 01.02.24 eins meiner Zimmer vermieten. Erst mal für drei Monate, gerne aber auch für länger, wenn das Miteinander passt. Mir wäre wichtig, dass mein/e zukünftige/r Mitbewohner/in ein Gefühl für Ordnung und Sauberkeit, sowie eine Ressourcenschonende Lebenseinstellung mitbringt u. a. bzgl. Wasser, Strom und Heizung. Genauso wünsche ich mir eine Person, die einer regelmäßigen Tätigkeit nachgeht und die eigenen vier Wände als Rückzugsort sieht und nicht als Partymeile.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt zwei Zimmer, eine Küche, Flur und Bad. Du würdest hier mit mir und meinem 14 jährigen Kater leben. Dein Zimmer ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Kommode, Garderobe und Schreibtisch. Küche und Bad sind ebenfalls voll ausgestattet. Ein W-lan-Anschluss ist auch vorhanden.
In der Nähe gibt es einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( Aldi, Lidl, Nahkauf, Alnatura, Rossmann), sowie eine gute Bus (M11, 188,M48)und S-Bahn (S1) Verbindung. In ca. 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf dem Campus der FU.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 580,00€ und die Kaution 500,00€. Solltest du das Zimmer anmieten, bekommst du natürlich einen Untermietvertrag und eine Bestätigung der Hausverwaltung, für deine Anmeldung.

Dear everyone,
I would like to rent out one of my rooms from February 1st, 2024. Initially for three months, but also for longer if the togetherness is right. It would be important to me that my future roommate has a sense of order and cleanliness, as well as an attitude to life that conserves resources, among other things. regarding water, electricity and heating. In the same way, I want a person who has a regular job and sees their own four walls as a place of retreat and not as a party area.
The apartment has a total of two rooms, a kitchen, hallway and bathroom. You would live here with me and my 14 year old cat. Your room is fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. The kitchen and bathroom are also fully equipped. A WiFi connection is also available.
There are some shops nearby (Aldi, Lidl, Nahkauf, Alnatura, Rossmann), as well as a good bus (M11, 188, M48) and S-Bahn (S1) connection. In about 10 minutes you can walk to the FU campus.
The total rent is €580.00 and the deposit is €500.00. If you rent the room, you will of course receive a sublease agreement and a confirmation from the property management for your registration.
