As I have a lot to do in France, I am putting my room up for rent for the semi-month of Mai.

The room is rented furnished. Halfway between the ground floor and the first floor. The room is bright and overlooks green areas. I will be absent there during the year because I have to apply for my Masters in France. However, I am sure I will find accommodation for the time I'm away.

Auf halbem Weg zwischen Erdgeschoss und erstem Stock. Das Zimmer ist hell und blickt auf Grünflächen. Ich bin dort im Laufe des Jahres abwesend, weil ich mich für meine Masterstudiengänge in Frankreich bewerben muss. Ich bin mir jedoch sicher, dass ich für die Zeit meiner Abwesenheit eine Unterkunft finden werde.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am Südring und ist daher sehr gut angebunden. Die Busse (M85 und 285) sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Das Rathaus Steglitz und die U9 sind ebenfalls nur 12 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt.Die Wohnung befindet sich außerdem knapp 15 Minuten von Berlin Südkreuz entfernt.
The flat is located on the Südring and is therefore very well connected. The buses (M85 and 285) are only a few minutes away. Rathaus Steglitz and the U9 are also only 12 minutes away by bus.The flat is also just under 15 minutes from Berlin Südkreuz.
Wir sind eine sehr gesellige WG, aber wir sind alle sehr viel unterwegs, sodass wir oft alleine sind oder es etwas ruhiger ist. Wir entscheiden sehr intuitiv, was wir tun (Kochen, Chillen, etc.), je nachdem, wie die Stimmung ist.
We are a very sociable flat-sharing community, but we all travel a lot, so we are often alone or it is a bit quieter. We decide very intuitively what to do (cooking, chilling, etc.) depending on the mood.
In unserer Wohnung ist leider keine Anmeldung möglich. Außerdem kann es sein, dass das Zimmer noch länger Verfügbar ist je nachdem, wann der Hauptmieter die Wohnung zurückhaben will, was voraussichtlich erstmal nicht der Fall sein wird.
Unfortunately, registration is not possible in our flat. In addition, the room may be available for a longer period of time depending on when the main tenant wants the flat back, which will probably not be the case for the time being.
