We are looking for girls ages 25 and up to share our little home 🏠
We have an unfurnished room available in a 3 bedroom flatshare in Berlin Steglitz.
It's an old building in a quiet neighborhood and it is the perfect compromise between the city and calm suburbs.
The start of the contract would be 03/03/2024 (date may vary by 2 days). The warm rent is 502 euros for 19.75 m2 and 3 months 950e "kaution" and you would be living with 2 other girls:
Hend, architect with a regular 9 to 18 job very quiet and love the occasional WG dinner + cooking.
Yasmin, economics masters' student with a student job, enjoys cooking in the kitchen.
The closest public transport is S Feuerbachstraße (S1) and U Walther Schreiber Platz (U9) as well a couple buses lines ----/------- ...it has multiple close supermarkets Aldi/Rewe/ netto/Lidl and a little park right next to the building.
We have pretty stressful lives and tend to view our flat as a safe space for rest and comfort and we would love to find someone who agrees with that!
