Hey, ich suche eine*n Mitbewohner*in ab dem 1.6.2024 in Steglitz für ein sonniges 16qm Zimmer.
Ein Einbauküche inklusive Gasherd und den basics sind vorhanden.
DIe Wohnung ist super sonnig und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich, vor allem was auch die Lautstärke anbelangt.

In der Nähe sind zwei schöne Parks sowie der Teltowkanal, was im Sommer besonders schön ist.
Ein Späti ist 50 m entfernt.
Man braucht 10 Minuten zur S1 und U9 und 2 Minuten zum Nahkauf.

Hey, I am looking for a roommate from 1.6.2024 in Steglitz for a sunny 16sqm room.
A fitted kitchen including stove and the basics are available.
Nearby are two beautiful parks and the Teltow Canal, which is especially nice in summer.
You need 10 minutes to the S1 and U9 and 2 minutes to the local supermarket.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Steglitz, einem ruhigen und grünen Stadtteil. Nahkauf (Rewe) in 2 Minuten und Lidl in 5 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Rathaus Steglitz ist 10 Minuten entfernt, wo man durch die U9 und die S1 gut angebunden ist. Der schöne Teltow Kanal ist auch nicht weit, und ein paar Eckkneipen gibt es auch :)

Ich bin Anton,29, und Kurator in einem Museum in Vollzeit. Meistens bin nicht zuhause und auch im Sommer in der Freizeit viel draußen unterwegs. Ich interessiere mich für Kunst und Kultur jeglicher Art und höre gerne Musik.
