Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in einer 2-Personen-WG in Berlin, Steglitz ab sofort bis Ende März 2024. Eine Verlängerung bis mitte April könnte vielleicht möglich sein.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß und bietet ein bequemes Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und einen Arbeitsbereich.
Es ist hell und zur Rückseite des Hauses gelegen, so dass es sehr ruhig ist.
Es gibt auch eine kleine Küche mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Die Kaution dient als Sicherheit und zur Abdeckung eventueller Schäden. Wenn bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles im gleichen Zustand ist wie bei der Anmietung, wird die Kaution in voller Höhe zurückerstattet.
Es gibt keine Anmeldemöglichkeit.

I am subletting a room in a 2-person shared apartment in Berlin, Steglitz until the end of March 2024. An extension until ca. mid April but it's not certain yet.
The room is approx. 15 m² furnished and offers a comfortable bed with fresh linen, a wardrobe and a workspace.
It's bright and faces the back of the house, so it is very quiet.
There is also a small kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher and a bathroom with bathtub.
The deposit serves as a security and to cover possible damages. If at the handover of the keys everything is in the same condition as it was rented, the deposit will be returned in full.
There is no possibility of an address registration.
Von der Wohnung aus sind mehrere Verkehrsmittel und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt ist ein Netto auf der anderen Straßenseite. Weniger als 5 Min. entfernt sind ein Rewe und ein Edeka und 10 Min. entfernt ist die Schlossstraße mit mehreren Einkaufszentren, DM und Bio Markt.
Die S-Feuerbachstr. (S1) ist in 6 Min. und die U-Bahn (U9) in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen in der Umgebung. Das macht die Fortbewegung in der Stadt einfach und relativ schnell, 25 min. zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof und 45 min. zum Flughafen.

The apartment is in walking distance of several transport and shopping options.
The nearest supermarket is a Netto right across the street. Less than 5 min. away is a Rewe and an Edeka and 10min away is the Schlossstraße with several shopping centers, DM and Bio Markt.
The S-Feuerbachstr. (S1) can be reached in 6 min. and the U-Bahn (U9) in 10 min. There are also several bus stations all around. That makes getting around the city easy and relatively fast, 25 min. to Berlin Hbf and 45 min. to the airport.
Ich suche eine ruhige und ordentliche Mitbewohnerin, mit der ich mich von Zeit zu Zeit unterhalten könnte, obwohl ich nicht viel Freizeit habe. Ich freue mich darauf, dich kennen zu lernen!
Ich arbeite von zu Hause aus als freiberufliche Illustratorin und verbringe einen Großteil meiner Zeit zu Hause. Ansonsten verbringe ich meine Zeit mit Kochen, Yoga, Meditation und mit der Pflege meiner Pflanzen. Ich habe 3 kleine Mäuschen als Haustiere, die in einem Käfig in meinem Zimmer leben.

Es gibt nicht sehr viele Regeln in der WG, aber ich fände es schön, wenn die Gemeinschaftsräume sauber gehalten würden und wenn man keine Schuhe in der Wohnung tragen würde.
