ich vermiete ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Schreibtisch in meiner schönen Schöneberger Wohnung. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Balkon können wir zusammen nutzen. Zudem werde ich zeitweise auch nicht in der Wohnung wohnen, sodass du viel Platz für dich hast.
Beste Lage im Bayerischen Viertel mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, tollen Wochenmärkten und nicht weit vom Park. Zur U-Bahn sind es nur 3min. Und zur S-Bahn läuft man 10-15min
Ich würde mich freuen, das Zimmer an jemanden zu vermieten, der/die auf ein entspanntes Miteinander Lust hat. Mal was zusammen kochen, einen Spieleabend mit Freunden machen oder zusammen eine Doku schauen, find ich super, wenn sich das hin und wieder ergibt. Ansonsten bin ich auch recht viel unterwegs, manchmal gibt es auch Besuch von einem netten Pudel (ihr solltet also mit Hunden gut auskommen)
