Gemütliches Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Wäre super, wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast und dich, während ich weg bin, um meine Pflanzen kümmerst. :)
Die Wohnung liegt in Tempelhof Grenze zu Neukölln. Das Tempelhofer Feld ist ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt und die Ringbahn S+U Hermannstr. easy zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.
Ein Lidl ist auch direkt gegenüber.
Deine Mitbewohnerin ist Martina, sie ist arbeitstätig und auch öfter mal im Home Office, daher wäre es super, wenn du auch ähnlichem nachgehst und ein ruhigerer Typ Mensch bist.
Studenten sind auch willkommen.
Ich suche jemanden, der sich in der Zeit meiner Abwesenheit um meine Pflanzen kümmert und auch Lust darauf hat. :) ansonsten ist alles entspannt und meine/deine Mitbewohnerin ist ein super umgänglicher Mensch.
Teil mir gerne bisschen was über dich mit und dann können wir eine Besichtigung ausmachen.
Ich wohne hier übrigens mit meiner Hündin, isr also eher nix für Allergiker.
