da ich ausziehe und mein Zimmer am 01.01.2024 voraussichtlich von jemand anderem übernommen wird (evtl. sogar später), suche ich einen netten zuverlässigen Menschen zur Zwischenmiete. Ich wohne zusammen mit einer lieben Mitbewohnerin, die allerdings erst am 12.12. wieder zuhause sein wird.
Normalerweise beträgt die Miete mit allem 545€. Da heute dooferweise schon der 06. ist und ich nicht davon ausgehe, dass jemand das Zimmer schon in den nächsten Tagen bezieht, habe ich erstmal 400€ veranschlagt. Erwähnenswert ist noch, dass in dem Zimmer keine Möbel stehen! Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Internet, etc. ist alles vorhanden. :)
Die Wohnung ist max. 2 Gehminuten von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt und 8 Gehminuten von der Kaiserin-Augusta-Straße (U6). Mit dem Bus lässt sich die Ringbahn (S Tempelhof) nach 5-10 Minuten fahren gut erreichen. Etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt ist ein Rewe. Kaufland und McFIT gibt's u. A. auch in der Nähe.
