kommt für dich ein helles, großes, schönes Zimmer (28m²) mit eigenem Balkon in Frage das aber bis zum 01.12. oder 31.12. befristet wäre :)?
Die Miete beträgt 850€ mit allen Nebenkosten und Internet inkludiert.
Falls du in der Zeit etwas unbefristet findest könntest du auch früher ausziehen so lange du 1 Monat vorher bescheid sagst, und falls du in der Zeit nichts gutes findest könnten wir die Miete vielleicht auch bis Ende Januar verlängern.
Das Zimmer kann je nach Bedarf entweder komplett unmöbliert oder mit Bett (1,8x2m), Schreibtisch & Kleiderschrank vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 5 Minuten zu fuß entfernt vom Tempelhofer Feld und auch 5 Minuten zur Station Tempelhof, hat 75m², 3 Zimmer und liegt im 4. Stock.
Ein Lidl ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohnerinnen wären Lexie (23 Jahre, Psychologie-Studentin, schreibt gerade ihre BA) und Sue (43 Jahre, Lufthansa Stewardess).
Sue ist aber nur 2-3 Wochenenden pro Monat in Berlin und hat ihren Hauptwohnsitz bei Frankfurt.
