Quiet Room in a new WG (preferably women)

I am renting a very quiet cozy room in a 3 people WG for at least 6 months for a mature, responsible and warm hearted person.

Advantages of the room - has a good comfortable bed and a sofa, so as few antique furniture pieces and a spacious wardrobe. Very quiet. The apartment has very good equipment (hoover, printer, water filter, pots, etc). The cleanliness standard is high. It's very good for people who just have a suitcase with essentials. Tempelhofer Feld is 10 min away by bike. Anmeldung is no problem. Online viewing is possible after the first selection. The price might be slightly lower depending on the new calculation of all the bills.

I am a 48 (f), speak many languages, curious about neuroscience, physics, medicine, literature. I am interested generally in humanity, so I like to get to know people, have talks on everything, thinking together and sharing impressions of the day. This is sort of resistance to the big city busyness - finding refuge in nice everyday moments of shared living. However, most of the time I'm gone abroad, but I come once in a while for couple of months. So most of the time you would be in a 2 people WG.

Other flatmate is Arsenyi. He is 29, works in the university as a researcher in physics. We have a warm and cordial atmosphere at home, so it's not a utilitarian WG (Zweck Wg), but also a place where you can relax as a human being, where there will be someone who will ask how you are doing.

Please get back to me if you consider yourself a mature, respectful and warm hearted person who can also do simple things, like switching off the light, locking the apartment door, closing windows, cleaning after yourself. I prefer female candidates, but your outstanding personality can be a good reason to ignore this selection criteria.
