ich vermiete (für vier Monate) ein helles, möbliertes Zimmer in neu saniertem Gebäude im Wohnheim Siegmunds Hof. Im Zimmer findet ihr alles, was ein Student zum Leben braucht einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch, ein Regal und ein Bett.
Das Wohnheim liegt in sehr schöner Gegend, zwischen dem Tiergarten und der Spree. Da man 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur TU Berlin, ist die Lage perfekt für TU-Studierende und Studierende, die in Mitte der Stadt wohnen wollen.
Nahe gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants, Kinos, Theater.
Die Untermiete darf nur an Studierende der staatlichen Hochschulen des Landes Berlin sowie Studierende staatlich anerkannter privater Hochschulen im Land Berlin, die Studentenwerksbeiträge zahlen, erfolgen Wohnberechtigung nach der Richtlinien des Studierendenwerks Berlin.

I am renting (for four months) a bright, furnished room in a newly renovated building in the Siegmunds Hof hall of residence. In the room you will find everything a student needs to live - a wardrobe, a desk, a shelf and a bed.
The hall of residence is located in a very nice area, between the Tiergarten and the Spree. As it is a 10-minute walk to TU Berlin, the location is perfect for TU students and students who want to live in the center of the city.
Nearby shopping facilities, bars, restaurants, cinemas, theaters.
The sublet may only be rented to students of state universities in the state of Berlin as well as students of state-recognized private universities in the state of Berlin who pay student union fees and are eligible for housing according to the guidelines of the Studierendenwerk Berlin.
