Private room with approximately 17 square meters size with high ceilings, built in adjustable Brightness lights, and Nice parkette floor.
The Room has everything you need to live in. some of the furniture will be gone but The bed, Couch and Wardrobe are Staying.
The WG is separated in 2 floors: Upstairs with 2 rooms, Kitchen and Bathroom; Downstairs with 4 rooms. The room available is downstairs.
The Room is in a Souterrain that means your room looks directly into the Outside Garden
The apartment is in a Backhouse with a very quiet Garden in Tiergarten/Moabit
Nearby there are plenty of supermarkets, Parks and a Shopping Mall (SchultheisQuartier)
All Roommates are really Friendly and Nice. Everyone has their own space but we do love to hangout in the Kitchen and have some wine at the end of the day
The house has a very relaxed vibe so don't expect the Cleanest common areas as there is no cleaning plan yet
Your roommates do like to party and play loud music sometimes, so keep in mind that this is not a place for someone looking for absolute peace and quiet
At the moment the nationalities living here are Italian, Dutch, German, Norwegian and American (Some are moving out)
Nice thing about the House is that when someone moves out you get to do casting and advice who will move in next, so you can choose your roommates
I just found a new apartment to move in with my girlfriend so I'm leaving the WG. You would take my room.
for the first 3 months it would be a sublet (No Anmeldung) but after that you can take the contract and it can be your Room.
I would recommend you as a next tenant to the Landlord and then it is to be expected for the rent to raise slightly at that point (around 20 euros)
There will be a casting and all the other roommates will choose whoever is moving in
in addition I need someone who will accept to pay 250 euros for the furniture as well as for the investments I've have done in the House (Washing Machine, Dishwasher, etc.)
