Beautiful furnished room with a window facing south-east and lots of morning sun. The room goes to the backyard so it's quiet. It is equipped with wooden floor and a cozy carpet, some shelfing units, a desk and a bed. There is a living room that can be used also.

Schönes möbliertes Zimmer mit einem Fenster nach Süd-Osten und viel Morgensonne. Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus, wodurch es ruhig ist. Es hat Holzdielen und einen gemütlichen Teppich, Regale, einen Schreibtisch und ein Bett. Es gibt ein Wohnzimmer, das gemeinsam genutzt wird.
Zentral im Osten Moabits. Direkt gegenüber des Hauses befindet sich eine Haltestelle für den Bus M27. Fußläufig erreichbar ist die Ubahnstation Birkenstraße, wo die U9 fährt. Ein Edeka befindet sich direkt gegenüber. In der Nähe ist eine große Auswahl an Bars und Cafes, wie zum Beispiel das Tirree an der Birkenstr.
Located Centrally in the east of Moabit. Opposite to the house there is a station for the bus M27. You can reach the metro station Birkenstr by foot where U9 is running. A supermarket is very closeby. Also closeby are several nice bars and cafes.
I am a german 30 year old professional who works home 2 days a week and is in the office 2 days a week. I have two cute cats who live with me. In my spare time i do sports and music, which i also practice at home (e.g. singing, instruments). Not all the time everyday but i try to do it relatively regularly :)
I keep the flat super clean and I am only looking for flatmates who have no difficulties with doing that too. Other than that I am mostly busy with my life but enjoy a little chat in the kitchen or sharing interests, if the vibe is there going to events etc.
