I am moving to new a flat and looking for a replacement to take my room in a 3 room apartment in Treptower Park.
The room is available for 2.5 months up to end of the September 2023.
You would be sharing the apartment with two other people. Both of them are Italians, One of my roommates is working with artists and the other one is a photographer.
We are looking for somebody with a friendly, warm and outgoing personality, and also someone who likes to cook and spend time in the kitchen to have a chat and a coffee together, and who knows that it is important to stay in good contact as flatmates.
The room is sunny and bright, and has 22 sqm with a balcony in a quiet locality! Treptower Park is the nearest station, so you have the fastest connection to everywhere in the city. The room comes with basic furniture, if you need...If you are a person who likes to bike then Sonnenalle and Neukollon are roughly 2 KM from the apartment. Also, there are a couple of supermarkets (REWE & Lidl) near the house, roughly 500 -600m.
The rent is 500 euros per month with all costs included, and 400 euros deposit/Kaution...and there is sadly NO ANMELDUNG possible!

Das Zimmer ist sonnig und hell, hat 22 qm mit Balkon und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend! Der Treptower Park ist der nächstgelegene Bahnhof, so dass man die schnellste Verbindung in die ganze Stadt hat. Das Zimmer ist mit einer Grundausstattung an Möbeln ausgestattet, falls Sie diese benötigen...Wenn Sie gerne Fahrrad fahren, dann sind Sonnenalle und Neukollon etwa 2 km von der Wohnung entfernt. Außerdem gibt es ein paar Supermärkte (REWE & Lidl) in der Nähe des Hauses, etwa 500-600m.
