Hallo liebe WG-Suchende,
in unserer kleinen, aber gemütlichen Altbauwohnung im weddinger Soldinerkiez wird ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei. Die WG ist eine 2er-WG. Dein Zimmer ist 21qm und damit das größte Zimmer der Wohnung. Es ist sehr hell, weil es zu zwei Seiten Fenster hat. Hier wohnt normalerweise Ben, der im September nicht in Berlin ist (5. September bis 30 September– evtl. auch noch paar Tage im Oktober)
Die Zwischenmiete ist möbliert (wie auf den Fotos). Insgesamt besteht die Wohnung aus drei Zimmern + Küche und Bad. Im mittelgroßen Zimmer, das am Ende der Wohnung liegt, wohne ich (Jasper) und zwischen deinem Zimmer und der Küche gibt es noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung wurde vor zwei Jahren saniert und ist in Küche und Bad mit allem ausgestattet, was du für den Alltag brauchst.
Falls du bei uns einziehst, würdest du mir (Jasper) zusammenwohnen. Ich habe gerade mein Schauspielstudium beendet und wohne jetzt seit einem Jahr in Berlin. Mir ein gemeinsames, freundschaftliches Zusammenleben wichtig. Gemeinsame Koch- oder Filmabende finde ich super.
Brauche aber wie jeder wahrscheinlich auch manchmal meine Zeit für mich:)

Hey there, in our small but cozy apartment in the Soldinerkiez district of Wedding, a room is become available subletting. The WG is a 2-person WG. Your room is 21 square meters, making it the largest room in the apartment. It is very bright because it has windows on two sides. This is where Ben usually lives, who spends the next month abroad (September 5th to September
30th - possibly a few days in October as well)
The sublease is furnished (as in the photos). Overall, the apartment consists of three rooms + kitchen and bathroom. I (Jasper) live in the medium-sized room at the end of the apartment and there is a small living room between your room and the kitchen. The apartment was renovated two years ago and the kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you need for everyday life. If you moved in with us, you would live with me (Jasper). I am an actor. I really enjoy cooking as well as movie nights.
But sometimes I have to recharge my batteries with a little bit of me time :)
