The room is small but fine: it has a bed (140cm), drawer and a clothes rack, as well as a desk with a monitor if needed. The room is also equipped with a projector for warm movie nights 🎞️ there are quite some plants, so if you’re a plant mama, it would be amazing if you could water them from time to time :)
The location is very nice: there is Lidl and Penny ~5 min away by foot, tram stop Prinzenallee/Osloer str 3 min away, and U8 Pankstrasse as well as U9 Osloer strasse (10 min). The house is a bit old, hence lower pricing.
The girls you’d live with are Lia and Pia — both sweet lil birdies. Lia is a freshly graduated artist and a performer, establishing her career as such in the great jungle of Berlin. Pia is doing her bachelors in Social work, is a socialising torpedo, and soon to be an exchane student in the warm Spain☀️
Even though the stay is just 6weeks, we cherish our place as home, and the girls would wish to live with a kind, open-minded and generally decent human-being.
So please tell us just a bit about yourself, what you do, what you’re passionate about, and pls mention the beautiful monstera plant, so we know you’ve read the ad :)
Bear in mind that girls smoke in the flat, however i dont, so pls, if you wish to smoke, do it anywhere but in the room 💛

We will pick a couple of people for a short meet up in a cafe before the final decision.
The total amount for the 6 weeks is 530EUR up-front. 50EUR will be returned at the move out if all things are left intact.
