We have a furnished room with Anmeldung to sublet from the 1st of October, for 6 months initially with the possibility to extend if it works well. The room is sunny and bright, around 20m2 with wooden floors. The flat has a big kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a bath. You’ll be sharing with two others, English and German-speaking, and two dogs. We’re vegan and vegetarian (although the dogs aren’t!).
The flat is in Brüsselerkiez in Wedding, close to Plötzensee and Rehberge Park – the nearest U-Bahn is Seestrasse, a 5-minute walk away. We’re close to the trams, and the Ring Bahn is nearby in Wedding. We’re surrounded by lots of green space, as well as all the shops you need – Asian and Turkish markets, all the big supermarkets and department stores.
We’re looking for someone who is 35+ years old, thoughtful, considerate, and able to respect the needs of others. Someone who enjoys living in a calm environment, and manages their life without too much drama. Someone who intuitively contributes to the day to day tasks of living in a shared flat without having to be asked. And while you wouldn’t be asked to take care of the dogs, it’s important that you’re able to live well with animals, understand their needs, and ensure that they are always respected and safe.
The flat’s not a party flat. We enjoy clean living, personal growth and development, yoga and spirituality. We have independent lives, and are working at home sometimes and outside of the flat sometimes.
