We are looking for a nice, clean and reliable lodger for the next 5 months (beginning of December to end of April) who will look after our beautiful 3-room flat in Wedding together with our flatmate. The 24 m2 bright room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers, two chairs and clothes racks. If required, we can also place a desk in the room. There is also a large living room with two comfortable sofas and a large table where you can relax or work. The bathroom is renovated, has two sinks and a bathtub. Our washing machine is also located here. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking.
Wir suchen für die nächsten 5 Monate (Anfang Dezember bis Ende April) eine nette, saubere und zuverlässige Untermieter:in, die sich zusammen mit unserer Mitbewohnerin um unsere schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Wedding kümmert. Das 24 m2 große helle Zimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett, einer Kommode, zwei Stühlen und Kleiderständern ausgestattet. Bei Bedarf können wir auch einen Schreibtisch in das Zimmer stellen. Es gibt auch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit zwei bequemen Sofas und einem großen Tisch, wo du dich entspannen oder arbeiten kannst. Das Bad ist saniert, hat zwei Waschbecken und eine Badewanne. Hier steht auch unsere Waschmaschine. In der Küche findest du alles was du zum Kochen brauchst.
There is a bus station right on the corner, which will take you to the U8 Osloer Str. in 3 minutes (it's about 8 minutes on foot). From there it's a good 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz. There are numerous shops in the neighbourhood, from Penny to Denns. The area also has a lot to offer in terms of cuisine, whether tapas, Sudanese, Arabic or Asian. Bars, cafés and parks round off the offer. A walk along the Panke is particularly beautiful.
Direkt an der Ecke ist eine Busstation, mit der ihr in 3 Minuten an der U8 Osloer Str. seid (zu Fuß sind es etwa 8 Minuten). Von dort seid ihr in gut 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz. Im Umkreis gibt es vom Penny bis zum Denns zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auch kulinarisch hat die Gegend einiges zu bieten, egal ob Tapas, sudanesisch, arabische oder asiatisch. Bars, Cafés und Parks runden das Angebot ab. Besonders schön ist ein Spaziergang entlang der Panke.
Our flatmate works as a fashion designer and is open and welcoming. It's important to her that the flat stays tidy and clean, but it's up to you how much you want to get involved in living together.
Unsere Mitbewohnerin ist als Modedesignerin berufstätig, offen und herzlich. Ihr ist wichtig, dass die Wohnung aufgeräumt und sauber bleibt, wie sehr du dich im Zusammenleben einbringen möchtest, ist aber dir überlassen.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to register for the 5 months. The 800 Euro rent includes everything the energy costs for 1 person. No additional payment will be due later.
Leider ist für die 5 Monate keine Anmeldung möglich. In den 800 Euro Miete sind die Energiekosten für 1 Person miteingerechnet. Es wird später keine Nachzahlung fällig.
