Ich reise im Februar und März nach Süd Amerika und vermiete mein Zimmer in meiner 2er WG im schönen Wedding unter.
Die Wohnung:
- liegt im Wedding zwischen Leopold Platz und Seestraße
- ist gut angebunden: U6, U9, U8, M13 und Ringbahn liegen alle nicht weit entfernt
- liegt in einem Altbau 2. OG
- hat etwa 70qm ein kleines Bad, eine gemütliche Küchen und 2 große Zimmer
Das Zimmer:
- hat hohe Decken und 2 Fenster in den Innenhof
- ist möbliert
- bietet viel Stauraum (keine Sorgen ich werde meine Sachen alle entfernen)
- wird für Februar und März untervermietet (es ist möglich früher einzuziehen und auch etwas länger zu bleiben)

- is located in Wedding between Leopoldplatz and Seestraße
- is well connected: U6, U9, U8, M13, and the Ringbahn are all nearby
- is in an old building on the 2nd floor
- is approximately 70 sqm with a small bathroom, a cozy kitchen, and 2 large rooms
The room:
- has high ceilings and 2 windows facing the inner courtyard
- is furnished
- provides ample storage space (don't worry, I will remove all my belongings)
- is available for subletting in February and March (it is possible to move in earlier and stay a bit longer)
