The room is available with an unlimited contract anmeldung is possible. It's approximately 10qm and is also south facing and sunny. It is partially furnished with a twin size bed frame (no mattress), a rack to hang clothes and a small cupboard for storage. Rent is 520€ plus 86€ for nebenkosten. Deposit is 350€.
Located just inside the ring (technically it is mitte). 5 mins walk from S+U Wedding, u6 Reinickendorferstr., and Sbahn humboldthain. Edeka, Netto, Aldi and Penny are 5 mins walk as well. The flat is right next to the panke, also walking distance to the beautiful spree, 10 min bike to plotzensee, mauerpark and hauptbahnhof.
You will live with Ceyda, who is a student of business currently, and Sam who works remotely part time. Both lovely and friendly people. Sam doesnt speak german so the language we speak at home is english. The feeling in the flat is calm and outgoing. We don't spend all of our time together. Casual chats in the kitchen and after work catch ups have been usual this far. You are welcome to be as you are. live and let live I would say is how things are here.
We have cleaning schedule and we take turns buying stuff like toilet paper, dish soap, cleaning supplies etc.
