Sonniges und geräumiges Zimmer möbliert / furnished sunny room and lot of space

Die Wohnung ist gut angebunden, zwischen S/U-Westhafen und U Amrumer Str.
Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 15 Minuten zum Tiergarten oder 20 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz.

Am Spandauer Schifffahrtskanal kann man wunderbar spazieren oder Joggen und erreicht Richtung Norden in ca. 15 min den Volkspark Rehberge - ist ein sehr schöner Ort, um seine Freizeit zu verbringen. Im Sommer gibt es ein Freibad, Sauna und Freiluftkino. Spaziert man Richtung Süden am Wasser entlang erreicht man die Panke-Einmündung passierend den Hauptbahnhof.

Zum Einkaufen findet man einen kleinen Bio-Laden mit Café, einen konventionellen Supermarkt und viele Spätis. Restaurants (Asiatisch, indisch, italienisch, sudanesisch, usw.) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zudem gibt es eine der besten Bäckereien in ganz Berlin (Hansis Brot) direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ich (f, 39 Jahre) arbeite an der Universität in einem Forschungsprojekt und wohne in der Wohnung zusammen mit meinen Kindern, die immer tageweise bei mir sind. Bitte berücksichtige das bevor mich kontaktierst.

Hello everyone,

I have a nice furnished room for sublet (limited to 3 months for now). The flat is very sunny and the room is spacious. You would have a comfortable couch (with sleeping function), a shelf and a cosy reading corner. A table is also available. The room has its own balcony where you can enjoy the sun and look out over the water.

You should be okay with the fact that my two children (of primary school age) will be staying with me a few days a week.

The flat is well connected, between S/U-Westhafen and U Amrumer Str.
It is 15 minutes by bike to the Tiergarten or 20 minutes to Alexanderplatz.

The Spandauer Schifffahrtskanal is a wonderful place for walking or jogging and the Volkspark Rehberge is about 15 minutes away - a very nice place to spend your free time. In summer there is an outdoor pool, sauna and open-air cinema.If you walk southwards along the water, you will pass the confluence of the Panke and reach the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof).

For shopping, there is a small organic shop with a café, a conventional supermarket and many late-night shops. Restaurants (Asian, Indian, Italian, Sudanese, etc.) in the immediate vicinity. There is also one of the best bakeries in the entire city (Hansis Brot) right next door.
