Hallo, wir vermieten ein möbliertes Zimmer. Darin steht ein gemütliches Doppelbett, ein Schrank und 2 Kommoden. Der Deal ist, dass wir die Miete mehr als halbieren und dafür Hilfe im Haushalt und beim Babysitten erwarten, ca 6 Stunden pro Woche.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist. Zur Station Wollankstr sind es nur 2 minuten, man ist also überall superschnell. Um die Ecke gibt es einen schönen Park, mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants. Wir sind Mutter, Teenagertochter, ein Kater und ab August voraussichtlich mein neugeborener Sohn. du solltest nicht geräuschempfindlich sein, da die Wohnung hellhörig ist und der Kleene bestimmt mal schreien wird - hat man ja bei Babies nicht so unter Kontrolle. :-)

we sublet a fully furnished room with a double bed, a cupboard and 2 dressers.
Its 2 minutes to the station wollankst so you are quickly everywhere. Supermarkets, restaurants and parks around the corner.
In the flat there is also me, my teenage daughter, a cat and from august onwards my newborn son. The deal is that we lower the rent and in exchange we will expect yout to help us with babysitting and household (cooking, cleaning etc) for 6 hours per week. You should not be noise sensitive as the baby will probably cry sometimes and the flat is not very soundproof.

Ich bin Journalistin und arbeite ziemlich viel, trotzdem sehr gesellig und wenn nicht zu müde, koch ich auch gern gemeinsam oder unternehm was mit meinen Mitbewohnern. Meine Tochter geht zur Schule und macht sonst schon so ziemlich ihr eigenes Ding. Die Katzen sind superlieb und wollen gern und oft gestreichelt werden, leider krümeln sie im Bad ziemlich viel rum, aber wir arbeiten dran ....
