Hi everyone!
I'm looking for a lovely flatmate to share my beautiful Altbau Wohnung located in Wedding.
The room is on the second floor and comes unfurnished. It's cosy, quiet and pretty spacious.
The apartment is well situated with great connections. The nearest stations are Pankstrasse (U8) 3 mins walk, Gesundbrunnen (S-Bahn/U-Bahn) 10 mins walk, 10 mins by bike to Mauerpark and 15 mins to Mitte.
There is a lovely park (Humbodlthein Park) just down the road and a wealth of shops on the main high street (Kaisers, DM, Lidl, Bolu, Kaufland, Gesundbrunnen-Center etc. etc.)
You will be sharing the apartment with me, a 31 year old musician from Italy who has been living in London for a few years before moving to Berlin. I would love to share the flat with a responsible person who likes keeping things clean, particularly enjoys cooking, listening to music and from time to time socialising over a plate of spaghetti, but who is also independent and fully enjoys her/his own company. Bonus points for good conversation and banter over film, art, travelling, photography, food, nature and the beauties of life in general. No grumps allowed!!!!
