[ As we are speaking many different languages in the house I will write in english but feel free to contact us in any language mentioned above and you feel comfortable with! ]
From 1.3.18 on a room in our WG will be vacant since our flatmate will leave us to move abroad.
The room is spacious (33sqm) and is well lit as we are situated in the 4th floor. It has access to a balcony from where you have a wide view until Humboldthain and sunfall. The whole apartment has approx. 120sqm with one naturally lit full bathroom, one guest toilet, the kitchen-diner (Wohnküche), a corridor with loads of storage space and our three rooms.
If you wish you can take over the furniture visible in the fotos for a negotiable price from our soon-to-be ex-flatmate.
Our house is located in Wedding on the borders to Pankow within a 7minute walk from the SBahn station Wollankstraße. With the bike you can easily reach Ubahn station Osloer Straße.
We would prefer someone who feels comfortable living in Wedding as the house is situated in the more tranquil part of Berlin. Here you can reach Rehberge and Plötzensee with the bike quickly and on the other side the Volkspark Pankow where we can go for some off road biking or jogging and Humboldthain for grilling.
The neighbourhood is safe, with a high cultural and social mix with kids playing on the street + we keep a friendly relationship towards the neighbours.
Supermarkets are within a 7min walking distance.
You will have two flatmates, Jen and Andreas, both from Greece but also half german! Before there have been people from different countries like Spain, Argentina or India.
We enjoy good company and spontaneous plans but also respect the privacy of others. Eventually we do seek for someone who feels comfortable with the mix of cultures and is reliable with whatever keeps the house in order.
Formalities
Move in date is the 1.3. but we could also negotiate for some days later. We prefer someone for long term and has the possibility to move into the main contract in future.
The deposit for each of us is 600 Euros which you should transfer in the beginning of the rental.
