Hallo ihr Lieben,
ich vermiete mein schönes großes Zimmer für fünf Wochen (500€/Monat, 600€ für die gesamten fünf Wochen), weil ich im Ausland sein werde. Meine Mitbewohnerin wird ebenfalls eine Woche später verreisen und eine Person zur Untermiete suchen. Da wir erst vor wenigen Wochen eingezogen sind, ist die Wohnung teilweise noch etwas schlicht eingerichtet, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum leben braucht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung komplett saniert und modernisiert und es ist alles neu und noch unbenutzt. Das Zimmer ist 23qm groß, super geschnitten und sehr hell. Es hat Zugang zu einem großen Balkon. Die Decke ist mit Stuck verziert und 3,30m hoch. Der Raum wirkt also noch größer.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, eines davon dient als Wohn-/Esszimmer, das andere wird ebenfalls untervermietet werden. Außerdem gibt‘s natürlich eine Küche, die wir komplett neu gebaut und eingerichtet haben und ein modernes Bad.
In unserer Straße befinden sich zwei tolle Cafés, Penny ist knapp 5 Minuten entfernt und Bus, Tram und U-Bahnhaltestelle sind alle super erreichbar.
Ich freue mich euch kennenzulernen. Schreibt mir ein bisschen was über euch und dann könnt ihr die Wohnung gerne anschauen!

As I am travelling for five weeks I will be subleasing my beautiful spacious room in our 90qm flat in Berlin Wedding (500€/month, 600€ for the five weeks). We moved in recently so the flat is newly rennovated and might still look a bit empty but there is everything you need (washing mashine, fridge, oven, microwave,...). My roommate will also be gone and will find another friendly person to rent her room. The flat has a third room that is a living room and can be used by both of you.
Unfortunately „Anmeldung“ is not possible as it is only a short term sublease.
