The room is about 12m2 and has an alcove type room attached. The bed is currently situated in the alcove but can be moved if you'd rather use this space for storage or a study.
The flat is on the ground floor and your room faces the courtyard so it is very quiet.
The room is currently furnished with a bed, a mattress, and a kallax. It is a bit messy at the moment because our flatmate is moving out but will be clean and tidy when you move in.
The flat is situated on Seestrasse. It is close to Seestrasse (U6). Amrumer Strasse (U9) is less than 10 minutes away, as well as the Sprengelkiez which has lots of bars and restaurants.
You can take the M13 and 50 tram from directly in front of the flat which travel across North Berlin.
Müllerstraße is also close where you can find all big supermarkets (Kaufland, Edeka, Real, Aldi, Penny, etc).
We are also walking distance to Rehberge park and Plötzensee where you can go swimming in summer.
Your flatmates Finn (M 26) and Fiona (F 27) are both originally from the UK.
We are both vegan/vegetarian and would prefer someone who won't cook meat in the house but this is a preference rather than a condition.
The room is available for long-term so we would like someone who is planning to stay for a while.
As we are both in our late 20s we are looking for a flatmate within a similar age bracket (at least 25+).
We don't have any restrictions but we would like somebody who will be clean and tidy around the house and respectful.
We are both open-minded and relatively chilled out but obviously won't tolerate racism/sexism/homophobia, etc.
