Ich (Klara) bin ab Februar auf Reisen und suche daher jemanden der für den oben genannten Zeitraum in meine 4 Wände ziehen möchte. Es handelt sich um ein wunderschönes 25m²-Zimmer mit hohen Decken (Stuck, natürlich), Dielen, und zwei großen Fenstern zur Straße bzw. zum Balkon, sehr hell, vor allem morgens lichtdurchflutet. Das Zimmer ist vollständig möbeliert, mit Bett, kleiner Couch, Tisch zum Arbeiten, einem Kleiderschrank und seeeehr vielen Pflanzen (die mir auch ziemlich am Herzen liegen)

I'm going to travel from February on and looking for someone who wants to stay in my room for that time. I'm living in a
wonderful 25m² room with high ceilings (stucco, of course), floorboards, and two large windows on the street and balkony side, very bright, light-flooded especially in the morning. The room is furnished with a Bed, a couch, a table and a closet and a lot of plants (wich are quite important to me)
SPRENGELKIEZ. Die Wohnung ist im Dreieck von Wedding (S 41/42, U6), Leopoldplatz (U6, U9) und Amrumer Straße (U9) gelegen.
Bars, Supermärkte, Cafés, Restaurants und alles, was das Herz sonst so begehren könnte, findet man direkt um die Ecke.
Man ist schnell im Stadtzentrum, am Flughafen Tegel oder am Plötzensee.

Allerdings sind wir mit Arbeit, Freunden und Hobbys gut ausgelastet, sodass wir nicht ständig alle zusammen zu Hause hängen. Ein Bier auf dem Balkon oder ein leckeres Abendessen teilen wir dennoch gerne :)
Deshalb solltest du ein aufgeschlossener und eigenständiger Mensch mit Interesse an gemeinschaftlichem Leben sein. Wir freuen uns auf deine Nachricht!

However, we are busy with work, friends and hobbies, thus we will not be at home together all the time. Beers on the balkony or a nice dinner are things we like to share :)
