Teils möbliertes WG Zimmer in 3er WG mit u.a. Hochbett, kleiner Couch und Regal. Insgesamt besteht die Wohnung aus 3 Zimmer. Bad und Küche sind geräumig und modern ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus, im 4. OG. und das komplette Gebäude wurde vor ca. 2 Jahren renoviert + gedämmt.
Der Bus befindet sich in direkter Nähe und fährt Richtung U und S- Bahn. Tram und U-bahn sind aber auch in weniger als 10min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die S-bahn ist ca. 15min Fußweg entfernt
Zu uns beiden: Svenja ist 25 Jahre jung und in der Reisebranche tätig. Aus aktuellem Anlass aber leider gerade weniger als ihr lieb wäre.
Ich, Stefan bin 33 und im Kfz- Gewerbe seit mehreren Jahren.
Nach der Arbeit kochen wir gerne mal zusammen, machen Spieleabende, sind draußen unterwegs oder gammeln auch mal auf der Couch vorm Fernseher. Aber jeder hat auch genügend Zeit für sich selbst und geht seinen eigenen Hobbys nach. Also eigentlich alles ganz entspannt bei uns.
