Das Zimmer ist ca 7qm groß und hat ein Hochbett und eine kleine Sofa-Ecke. Das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof, ist also eher ruhig und Morgens scheint sie Sonne rein :) Falls du mehr Platz für Klamotten usw brauchst, ist noch Platz in unserer (ziemlich großen) Abstellkammer.
Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert mit: Matratze, Sofaecke, Regal, Tisch+Stuhl (wenn du willst).
Außerdem haben wir ein riesiges, schönes Wohnzimmer mit Balkon für uns alle.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, 5 Min zur U-Seestrasse, von dort fährt die U6, mit der man überall schnell hinkommt. 10-15 min Fußweg zum Schillerpark, in die Rehberge und zum Plötzensee. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und leckeres Essen gibts auch in fußläufiger Entfernung.
Du würdest mit Jessi (22) zusammen wohnen, da ich den ganzen August weg bin. Sie ist super nett und offen und hat bestimmt Lust auf den ein oder anderen Koch / Weinabend, wenn es sich mal ergibt. :)
Das Zimmer wäre erstmal für einen Monat frei, eventuell auch länger, das müssten wir dann nochmal besprechen.
