Das Zimmer ist 20 qm groß und hat zwei schöne Fenster zum Innenhof. Es ist also immer leise und man kann gut schlafen und arbeiten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert sein.
Ich bin Pablo, ich bin Filmemacher und arbeite in einer Sprachschule als Lehrer. Ich bin die meiste Zeit des Tages unterwegs. Aber am Nachmittag arbeite ich auch gelegentlich zu Hause. Ich mag Jazzmusik, Film und Zeitung. Ich freue mich, wenn wir entspannt zusammen leben können.
Wenn du Interesse hast, schick mir ein paar kurze Sätze über dich und ein Foto. Dann kannst du gern vormittags zur Besichtigung kommen!

I'll rent a nice room in my flat
The room is 20 square meters and has two windows to the inner courtyard. So it's always quiet and you can sleep and work well. The room is be furnished.
I'm Pablo, I'm a filmmaker and I work in a language school as a teacher. I'll be outside most of the day. But I also occasionally work from home in the afternoon. I like jazz music, film and newspaper. I am happy if we can live together in a relaxed manner.

Die Wohnung liegt 100m von der U/S Bahn Station Wedding entfernt. Es gibt Supermärkte und schöne Cafés in der Nähe. Außerdem hat man den Plötzensee 20 Minuten entfernt. In 10 Minuten ist man an mit den U6 an der Friedrichstraße.
